The show is open on 4, 5 and 6 February 2010.
Opening Hours
Opening hours: 9:00-18:00.
For exhibitors the opening hours are 8:30-18:30.
On Saturday, 6th of February the show will close at 17.
Rates
Visitors Registered Online: € 15,00 (Valid for the duration of the event)
Visitors Not Registered Online: € 20,00 (Ticket valid for 1 (one) day of the event)
Journalists/Press: Free entry
University Students: € 5,00 (Valid for the duration of the event) presenting proof of enrolment
Schools/Classes: Free entry (Saturday 6 February only)
Persons with Disabilities: € 5,00
The following individuals are exempt from entry fee:
- “Fiera Roma” card possessors
- Fiera Roma Employees or Collaborators
- Possessors of permanent AEFI honour cards
- Children under 10 years
- Accompaniers of disabled guests
Entry
The entrance of the Rome Fair is Porta Nord (Via Portuense 1645)
For the complete duration of the fair, entry is reserved to professional participants.
Saturday 6th of February is open to general public.
A free copy of the SAT Expo 2010 catalogue comes with each ticket and can be obtained at the Rome fair ticket office.
Visas
Italy is part of the European Union. To visit Italy you will need:
- a valid passport
- possibly a tourist visa if you come from a non-EU country

Press Room
The Press-room is situated at the entry of pavillion 11.
Journalists must apply for a personal “press accreditation” badge in advance which they can then pick up at the Rome fair ticket office.
